We were lucky to go to Pak Lap village today for our yoga retreat preparation in December. There was no one except of us on the beach nearby. Without any human disturbance, the little crabs can perform the craftsmanship and a magnificent artwork can be done. Perhaps they are not aware of their talent but the destiny manifests itself in right time and place.

Yes! Without any disturbance, I can hear, watch, sense and even smell the NATURE.

All of a sudden, I remember who I am, the nature of myself.

今天我與朋友前往香港白蠟村，以籌備十二月份的瑜伽靜修活動。除了我們之外，在村邊的海灘旁，沒看見任何人的蹤跡。在無人干擾下，小小海蟹可以靜靜地任意揮灑、完成那巧奪天工的圖畫。也許小蟹們不知道自己的天賦，但命運總在對的時間和地方，展現奇蹟。

是的！沒有任何的干擾，我可以聽見、看見、感受、甚至聞到大自然原本的樣貌。

突然間，我也記起了我是誰 ，以及自己內心深處原本的樣貌。
