轉眼間，瑜伽營已經結束了。從一個想法，到開始討論、規劃，一直至付諸行動，無不印證「境由心造 Mind creates Matters」。
想跟我瑜伽營的夥伴Barbara、協助我們舉辦這瑜伽營的爸爸、媽媽和大姐、所有參加瑜伽營的朋友們、還有亞維儂民宿的昌威、強哥，以及在背後默默祝福支持的朋友們，說聲謝謝你們！並且獻給你們以下有關於改變的話語，我真正覺得這次的瑜伽營如其所述。

The Winter Yoga Retreat is completed. From having an idea, discussing the plan and making it happened, it is truly the process of "Mind creates Matters"
I would like to thank my co-host partner Barbara, my parents and sister who helped me with organisation, friends who joined the retreat, my high school friends who runs Ilan Avignon B&B and the friends who have been caring and supporting me along the way.
