Bhagavad Gita is an important yogic scripture which details how Prince Arjuna rose from his own confusion, clarified his life vision and fulfilled his personal calling.
Chapter two, path of knowledge, is the essence and summary of whole Bhagavad Gita because ultimately knowing oneself is the most precious knowledge in this life.
Based on Chapter two, this workshop will introduce the essence of the Gita step by step by using stories and interactive activities.
After this workshop, you will find yoga philosophy is so practical and useful!

追隨來自印度的Prasad老師學習瑜伽多年,在其指導下研讀《博伽梵歌》、《瑜珈經》以及傳統瑜珈哲理。
深受恩師影響,芸芸將瑜珈哲理生活化,透過文字和圖像,分享她一路以來受益於瑜珈智慧的成長。在台灣和香港舉辦多次工作坊和瑜珈營。
I have been studying yogic scriptures including Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutra under the guidance of my Guru Prasad Rangnekar. I am profoundly benefited by yogic philosophy and feel the wisdom is still relevant in modern time. Throughout years I have organised various yoga workshops and retreats to spread the joy and learnings from Yoga.

According to Yogic understanding we are not only surrounded by five elements but also made up of them. Each element has a deep impact on our body, mind and behaviour. An understanding of the nature and qualities of the five elements is also crucial to the understanding of chakra in the traditional yogic sense.

In this workshop we will understand the comprehensive impact of elements on the individual and the collective. This workshop will lead us into a discovery of five elements, namely Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space through Yogic practices like asana, pranayama, mantra chanting, meditation, reflections and lecture.

Managing roles, responsibilities and a multitasking life can be a tight rope walk. We all are so busy doing things for others that sometimes we may end up feeling guilty of not looking after ourselves. If you find yourself too busy to take care of yourself, this workshop may just be what you were looking for. This workshop aims to awaken in the participants a deep sense of self-value and self-importance.
In this workshop we will understand the importance of self-care and learn how to create harmony in our body, mind and life by using some simple, practical exercises and life-skills that are mentioned in the ancient scriptures of Yoga.
This six hour workshop revolves around six specific topics that we will learn and practice, 1) 10 best Yoga postures for strength, flexibility and optimum energy.
2) Three breathing exercises to energize, relax and focus.
3) Mantra meditation to calm down the mind instantly.

The women Yogis of India managed to raise themselves to the highest spiritual level by sheer determination and faith in spite of religious bigotry, patriarchal authoritarianism and caste system.
In this evening talk, we will scan a 300-year time line of medieval India and profile the lives, challenges and wisdom of 3 prominent women Yogis. With a brief look at their writings we will understand their struggles, their resilience and the profundity of their wisdom.
Women Yogis have played a role of silent revolutionaries in shaping the spiritual and cultural fabric of India. They may not have got their dues in popularity but their contribution to the value system of India cannot be denied.

通過重複圖畫四個簡單筆劃,點、線、弧、環,來建構簡單的禪繞。
人生本沒有橡皮擦,畫禪繞也不需要橡皮擦。
在繪畫的過程中,或許會發生錯誤。我們可以選擇接受所發生的一切,讓它成為新的出發點。

„Everything is an infinite flux. Change is everywhere, also within us. We own this inherent ability to create and destroy, to envision and let go again. We live a life of constant transformation. Enter this natural flow and you will be carried like a boat on the streams of life.“
Embracing the changes that are happening and becoming aware of what is in the here and now allows us to take initiatives to transform our life. We will explore what change is, experience the potential of change with awareness, embrace and initiate. We will deepen our understanding of the ancient yogic knowledge about change and transition, including the the theory of the seven chakras and the 3 basic qualities of everything called gunas. Together we are going to explore our possibilities of change through Yoga.
We will spend 3 days in a peaceful village in Yilan, Taiwan surrounded by hills and a beautiful lake nearby.
