I want to share this quote which echoes my feelings in the path of spirituality. To me, spirituality lies in real life. By the science of Yoga, I know I will reach the Shore Beyond even though it will takes me life after life. It is like looking at the turbulence in reality but seeing the light within everyone. After all, each of us needs TIME in order to be transformed and liberated.

" Patience is not sitting and waiting, it is foreseeing. It is looking at the thorn and seeing the rose, looking at the night and seeing the day. Lovers are patient and know that the moon needs time to become full..." By Rumi(1207~1273).

想要分享引述以下魯米的話，很能呼應我內心的感受。我覺得精神生活不能遠離現實生活。藉由瑜伽這門古老科學的指引，即使要經歷生生世世，我知道自己終能到達彼岸。就好像看著現實生活中的混亂紛爭，但能預見每個人心中的那盞明燈。畢竟，我們都需要時間，去成長、去轉化。
