It is as it is to be.

This photo was taken in my Bhutan trip last year On the way to Tiger’s nest monastery, we went through beautiful forest. There was a particular white fluffy plant hanging down from the trees. Our tourist guide told us that this plant can only survive in a very clean environment and it can purify the air too.

What a beautiful ecosystem!

It seems it has no root but co-exists with life of trees, flowing and floating in the mist and dancing with the movement of air.

It’s like our Consciousness, coexist with our body and flows in our prana of life.

So gentle, so tender and so dear…

If our heart is dusted with ignorance, our consciousness is withering.

If our mind is clouded with thoughts, our consciousness is trembling.

With clarity and stillness, our consciousness is never here and there.

It is as it is to be.
